Movement Meditation & Prana Vinyasa
Join us for an evening dive into Prana Vinyasa. Embody the full-spectrum of the mandala we embody – root to crown, inner to outer, incorporating all the elements, and the solar and lunar energies. Practice balancing and liberating your vital energy or prana through the upbeat rhythms by Shiva Rea and friends.
The evening starts with 30 minutes of movement meditation and theory. Together we dive into a progression of energetic, elemental, activating and releasing Prana Mandala Vinyasa movement meditation, that will lead into a circular ecstatic dance before landing in some prana flow – combining long holds, deep breaths, mediation and mudras. Energy under the stars with warm cacao Ayurvedic elixirs and toast the joy of being alive.
